Question WHY CAN’T I SELECT A COLOR OR SIZE COMBINATION?

It is possible that the color or size combination you want is not in stock. For example, we may have your size in stock but not the color. Or we may have the color, but not your size. You can email us at raethindia@gmail.com if what you are looking for is out of stock, and they may be able to let you know when the product will be available.

Question CAN I RETURN THE SHOE IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

Question WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

raëth prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise, within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or replacement the following conditions must be met:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging
  • Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Sale merchandise is not eligible for replacements or returns.
  • Returns will be refunded to original form of payment within 15 days of us receiving the package
Question CAN I ADD AN ITEM OR CHANGE SIZE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Changing the size or adding an item is not possible. However, you can cancel the order and place a fresh order.

Question WHAT DO I DO IF THE MONEY IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THE TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL?

Usually in such cases, if something goes wrong while placing an order and the money gets debited, the money is credited to your account within 24 hours. Please wait for 24 hours and if it is still not credited, please email/call us with the below details.

  • Order date and amount
  • Bank name and payment gateway
  • Customer name and contact number

We will initiate the refund to your account in 3 working days, which will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days.
